Anguilla is blessed with many exceptional beaches, and Upper Shoal
Bay East is among the best of the best. White sand, turquoise
water, beach bars, snorkeling, and no crowds.
I have vacationed on Anguilla several times, but this was my
first visit since starting to geocache. I wanted to place a cache
as well as find the existing ones.
The cache title hints at the container type and size. Slip a pen
in your bathing suit when setting off to find this cache. My
receiver showed an accuracy of 11 ft when I placed the cache, so
you should get a good read on the location.
Be careful how many rum punches you have before searching, but
celebrate your find at one of the relaxing beach bars. If you visit
on a Sunday afternoon, there will be local bands playing.
If you are FTF, take the local currency as a reward.
Small note on cache maintenance: There is a local
cache guardian who will assist.
