A very simple pull up and park cache. Try to be discreet at times there are muggles about. Since dog excersize pens are now open and being used more people about. So keep your geosenses fine tuned.
The center plans for walking trails so maybe this means more caches in area later. Have fun. Hint is clear give away for those who want it or need it

6/24/2010 Seems to be some ground work in the close area maybe putting in the dog park they were speaking about I will keep a close watch on since I live so close by checked on it yesterday just a drive by and all is well. ;)
6/20/15 OK went by and found it replaced it. Rock N Roll. 9/3/16 went by and checked and fixed cache all is ready to go.
3/29/19 ran by and checked it replaced the cache with another so check the clue again.
