Yep, it is a skirt cache.
I have heard people complain about different kinds of caches. Some people complain about caches being too hard, unfair, normal people can't get to the cache. Other people complain about too many pill bottles in the woods and why are there so many skirt caches around. I think that this sport is big enough for all kinds of people. Not everyone is going to like every kind of cache. There are people of many different ages, skill level, physical abilities and passion. Some days all I really want is a skirt cache. I could be in a hurry, dressed really nice and don't want to get dirty, but just have to grab a cache. Or it could be say this winter in the middle of a blizzard and I have to leave the house and grab just one easy cache to keep my streak going. Skirt caches will come in handy for those days. I hid a slightly harder cache earlier tonight and now for an easy one. If you don't like skirt caches feel free to ignore this one. I won't feel hurt.
