FAMOUS DOGS SERIES - In honor of Cleo and Max, our first geocaching hounds made famous in the book "Geocaching around Reno with Team LaughingGravy", we present the Famous Dogs Series.
FD12-Daisy the Bumstead's Dog in the comic strip BLONDIE. Daisy - The "purebred mongrel" family pet on the sitcom BLONDIE/NBC/1957/CBS/1968-69. Daisy lives with Dagwood Bumstead, a bumbling accident-prone architect; his level-headed wife Blondie; and their two children Alexander "Baby Dumpling" and Cookie. Daisy was usually seen lying around the house or following one of the Bumsteads from room to room. Daisy hated to get bath. Daisy first appeared in the Blondie comic strip created by Murat "Chic" Young in the 1930s. Daisy also appeared in a series of Harvey Publications Comic book Daisy and Her Pups from 1951-55.
