Summer in Paradise Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Southerntrekker: This cache has been disabled for some time and as the owner has not repaired/replaced it, I am archiving it.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

Geocache Description:

The Summer of 1900 Mark Twain stayed at the nearby Dollis House and he loved this place. 'Dollis Hill comes nearer to being a paradise than any other home I ever occupied', he wrote when the summer was about over. He said 'It is simply divinely beautiful & peaceful . . . the great old trees are beyond everything. I believe nowhere in the world do you find such trees as in England . . .'

On my visit here from Wisconsin, USA. I am really enjoying my stay. While doing a little geocaching and taking walks I noticed this nice park has no geocaches. I placed this cache here and SLSingh will maintain it.
