The 2nd Annual Walk/Freeze Event
Since last year everyone had fun, and we did
manage to get some applause from the on lookers, We are going to do
this again.... This time we are going to take over Downtown
Disney... so here is this info you need. See you all there...

Before the event meet up in the upper green area on the
map the one with the " ? " on it.

We will make our way to the lower blue/red area... Please stay
within that area during the event.
After Event we will meet back at the same spot, we are working on a
after event but its not in place as of yet
Although There is a fee for parking
Self-parking: Your first three hours of parking are FREE. An
additional two hours can be validated at AMC Theatres® and at
table-service dining restaurants. After that, the cost is $6 for
each additional hour, charged in 20-minute increments. The maximum
fee is $30.00, plus an additional $6.00 if the Valet is used.!
What you need to bring:
- Yourself
- An MP3 Player or anything that is capable of playing MP3's
(like a cellphone)
- The MP3 File Found Here
What are we doing?
- Everyone will meet up at the 1st staging area between 11:40 and
11:59.
- At NOON we will all start the MP3 and walk towards the
Performance area.
- Around 12:17pm (the mp3 will let you know when) you will
stop/freeze in place.
- About 4 minuets later you will continue on doing what ever
you where doing.
- Then head back to the staging area, or your car if you are
not going to hang out.
The Rules:
- When you are told to FREEZE! FREEZE!
- While frozen do not move at all! even if someone talks to
you.
- While frozen do NOT talk to anyone.
- There will be a count down, use that time to move to a safe
location that does not block or impede the foot traffic
- Do NOT enter any stores, this will be done outside only.
Things you can do to be funny: When the Count down starts
Last year someone proposed to their girlfriend
(well they didn't really propose but it looked good)
- Tie your shoe
- While looking at a store window - Point at window
- Give someone else that is freezing a hug (keep it clean)
- and plenty other things also
NOTE: Attempting to balance on one leg is not suggested, If you
fall or move it ruins the effect.
On a side note: We understand the family outings are great, but you
need to keep in mind if you have a child that needs care, like an
infant to toddler, please do not bring that child. It could and
would be considered bad parenting to remain frozen while you child
cries, screams, or runs off. Once again moving will ruin the
effect.
On that same note, if you have a child who can't stay still please
do not bring them either. My son is ADHD, and will not be
coming.
After all that the goal here is to come out meet and greet, have
some fun and attract a little attention.
