TB Hotel Tromp Traditional Geocache
Banjo_1995: Due to the fact that too many people are unable to treat the cache with respect (e.g. close the lid properly or put the box upright when returning it) combined with irresistible urge of people to complain, I archive this cache.

The TB hotel Tromp, named after a (in)famous Dutch admiral from the golden age.
The Hotel is reachable from the roadside so an easy drop-off for travel bugs.
Couple of requests:
Due to small children nearby, the hotel is only open from 8:00 until 20:00 (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). We kindly request you to respect these times.
Please don't "raid" the hotel. Too often all the trackables are removed in once. Either exchange or take a max of two from the hotel. Other visitors also like the trackables!
Please no not disassemble the location. There is no need for tools to reach the cache!
The area is an amazing diversity of the Dutch country side so starting a couple of kilometers away will result in a beautiful trip. Depending on your starting point you could see:
Southwest of Cache: Turf, Open fields, Lakes, Canals
Southeast of Cache: Forest, Natural springs, Canals
Northeast of Cache: Forest, Heath, Canals
(Don’t get us started on the wildlife…. Deer, falcon, river lobster are a few of the possibilities of encountering).
Arriving at the cash you’ll find the Tromp Mansion, a beautiful mansion surrounded by a moat once owned and renamed after a famous Dutch admiral. Check the note inside the cache to learn a bit more about him.
The cache is reachable by boot/ship however only by small boots as the nearby locks a small. Docking for larger ships are available in the area but you’ll have a walk of one km at least.
