Geocache Description:


You are seeking a 35 mm film container in the old St. Mary's Cemetery of Alma Center, WI.

When this cemetery was established, the area was being settled by northern european immigrants. The land was heavily forested and the roads were nothing but deep ruts leading to the promise of prosperity and a new beginning for many.

This cache is not located on a gravesite or marker. If there is a mourner present, please return at another time to find this cache.

Wisconsin cemeteries are open from dawn to dusk. Please respect these hours when finding these caches. Any logs indicating otherwise will be deleted.
