Located on the Wood Island spur of the Confederation Trail.
The best approach is from the Wood Island end. Park in the visitor's centre, and take in some of the attractions there.
Near a trail shelter that is beside a small lake. A lake, that is, on PEI. It would be called a puddle in most other Provinces.
Look for a clump of maple trees.
