Geocache Description:

This cache is now a plastic pot placed at ground level.

These stairs are said to lead down to a WW2 underground air raid shelter.
This underground room is now used as an electricity sub-station.
If you stand next the nearby vent in the adjacent bushes you can feel the heat that they are emitting.

Does anyone know of a similar air raid shelter?
Does anyone know of any pictures of this being used in WW2 as an air raid shelter?
If so, please let me know.

Update:
I have recently received some pictures of, what I believe to be, the interior of this underground structure.
Could it have been used as an air raid shelter?
What do you think?

Caution:
Touching a 33kV (33 thousand volt) transformer, such as the ones shown, could kill you before you hit the ground!
