Geocache Description:


I moved to Cardenden in October 2009, and was struck by how lacking in caches the area was. There were only 3 caches in the town (GC19YRA, GC1MB0Z, GC1AMAE), and every time I drove or walked through the town, I spotted potential for upping that number. This is the start of my quest to populate Cardenden and it’s surroundings with a healthy amount of caches. I hope you enjoy hunting out these, and future caches, and would encourage anyone visiting the town in order to do these initial 16 caches to set themselves the objective of leaving one of their own behind to help support the mission!

A reason to head into the undergrowth in search of one of Fifes most commonly found species: The Cache. The cache is situated just off the 'back-road' to Kirkcaldy from Cardenden.
