Rocky trail for Off Road vehicles. Can be hiked up. Short Hike just steep.
Out in the desert on top of a small hill/mountain. This Cache requires some hiking (moderate) or 4 wheel drive/Motorcycle/ATV. My preferred method is with 4 wheel drive but you can get their how you wish. No SUV's suggested. You just wont make it with out body dings. From the little dirt road turn off to head up the dry bed it took me only ten minutes to get to the hiding spot. But then my jeep kicks butt and can go just about anywhere [;)]
The hiking is mostly strait up a dry creek until you get to the top. Few people take this trail so it is rather quite and undisturbed. Take a look at the picture to see if this helps you get your bearings. Its beautiful out there this time of year (November) so enjoy the view and weather. Check out my other cache that is located about two miles from this one on top of another peak. About the same difficulty level maybe a bit more Drive around the peaks a few times looking for the best plan of attack. It is in a rock pile with a couple rocks on top of it kind-of in plain view really. I have discovered that the container does leak when it rains so please double check to make sure it is sealed as best as can be.
