Official Schedule &Drawing for FTF and other prizes
8:30 - 8:44 › Participants: Mill about and mosey. Be nonchalant and casual. Look like a muggle. Don't look like a gathering waiting to happen. Mosey as realistically as you can. This is part of the fun. We will seem to appear out of no-where.
8:45AM The event will start with a signal of some sort!. Be sure to sign to log sheet and drop a slip of paper with your caching name in the ammo can!! these will be used for the drawings.
I will try to have enough snacks based on the number of people who say they will attend.. .
8:45- 8:55 Participants: Mingle. Share stories. Brag. Trade swag and/or travel bugs. Make plans for the day. Take pictures. Sign and deposit your log (sheets). Deposit your raffle ticket.
8:55 listen for prize wilnner to be called.
CITO the local area! Enjoy your geosnack! ›
8:55 to 8:59 Take a group picturet our phot at GZ. Finish your Geosnack, trade a coin... yadayada...
8:59 the one minute warning: "It is now 8:59!" › Participants: Prep to leave, but don't "look" like you are prepping. You might want to "secretly" organize where you will re-form after dispersal.
9:00 EXACTLY › Participants: Wait for it . . . then LEAVE the area, right at 9:00, in a disorderly manner and in different directions.
Afterwards, meet elsewhere if desired. The area will be packed up; the log sheets will be packed up and sealed. We will leave the area to go . . . elsewhere... Other Useful Information: •
This event is only 15 minutes long!
You MUST be present and sign a provided log sheet DURING this time to claim the event. Hopefully this event will bring (briefly!) geocachers and introduce others (newbies) to the hobby. •
At exactly 9:00am (as determined by a GPS clock . . . yours should be identical) MAM and gang will toot their whistles. Volunteers will hand out items cachers. The bags will contain everything mentioned in the schedule. Participants will sign the yellow log sheets (which will later become a log book) to qualify for attendance and drop them in a designated collection spot. Participants may trade swag and/or TBs. Please bring only reasonably sized swag, TBs or coins for trading. • If any muggles are curious about the event, Grand High Pobah will hand out fliers that explain geocaching. •
At precisely 9:15, the log sheets will be packed up and sealed away. The event area will be vacated without a trace. Events that happen after 9:15:01 do not count as part of THIS event. Only those participants whose names appear on the log sheets may log the event. • Although participants are welcome to get together for eating, socializing, caching or whatever before or after the event, the event will officially be over at 9:15.

There are alot of activities around the Mat-SU Valley on this day; From the Coloney Days Parade in Palmer to a Rabbit and Cavy show In Big Lake. Plus a lot of recently geocaches.

Have Fun and be safe while caching and attending other events.
