This cache is located close to a delightful view of Dawson City.
To find this cache you have to cross the Yukon River using the free public, seasonal ferry in Dawson City. Be aware of the Ferry times in the off season. Once across you travel up a steep paved road which is called the "Top Of The World Highway" and turn left onto Sunnydale Road, also known as the golf course road. You travel along this gravel road for about half a kilometer until you get to an informal lookout on your left. There are wooden benches on the other side of a concrete barrier. The road is wider here and you can park. The cache is located a short distance away. If you are driving a larger vehicle you can continue along the gravel road for about a Kilometer until you get to a T intersection where you can turn around.
The cache is less than 10 feet off the road and is not near any drop-offs however be aware of steep grades in the area. The cache container has a blue screw type lid.
The cache is located in the ditch next to the road. The cache is not winter friendly.
Post a note if the cache needs maintenance. I know locals in the area who can attend to it.
Congratulations to Judes4 for the FTF!
