(Karwendelbahn)

Um zu dem Geocache zu gelangen ist ein Betreten der Bahnanlage,
mit Ausnahme der/einer hiefür bestimmten Stelle(n), zu keinem
Zeitpunkt notwendig. Ein unbefugtes Betreten der Bahnanlage stellt
einen Verstoß gegen geltende Bundesgesetze (§ 47.EisBG)
dar.
Der Geocache befindet sich etwas oberhalb (nördlich) der aktiven
Karwendelbahnstrecke. Die bereitgestellten Wegpunkte sollen die
Wegfindung zum Geocache erleichtern, und schlagen einen
Streckenverlauf nördlich der Karwendelbahnstrecke, und meist
entlang der Steinschlagssicherungsbauten der Bahntrasse, vor. Ein
befestigter Weg führt nur bis ca. zur Hälfte der Strecke zwischen
Wegpunkt (WP) ECHO und WP DELTA.
Ihr handelt auf eigene Verantwortung, ich übernehme keinerlei
Verantwortung für Unfälle aller Art. Beachtet unbedingt die
Terrainwertung. Felskletterei sollte sich vermeiden lassen, das
Gelände ist aber sehr steil, stark bewaldet, verwildert und sollte
nicht unterschätzt werden. Die Sicherungsbauten der Bahn, zeigen
auch, dass eine Steinschlaggefahr bestehen kann. Wenn ihr der
empfohlenen Strecke folgt achtet auf jeden Fall darauf, dass der
Bahnbetrieb auf keine Weise gestört wird (abgetretene Steine). Der
Geocache ist nur bei gutem Wetter erreichbar.

Walking across or along the nearby railway tracks, except at
level crossings, is not required in order to get to the geocache.
Railway trespassing is prohibited by federal laws.
The geocache is somewhat above (north) the active railway line
“Karwendelbahn”. The given waypoints are to facilitate
the way identification to the geocache, and suggest a route north
of the railway tracks “Karwendelbahn” and usually along
the buildings for the protection of the railway line from falling
rocks. A gravel path leads only to approx. the half of the distance
between waypoint (WP) ECHO and WP DELTA.
You act on your own responsibility; I do not take any
responsibility for accidents of all kinds. Mind the terrain
rating. It should be possible to avoid rock climbing; but however
the area is very steep, strongly wooded and should not be
underestimated. The existence of buildings for the protection from
falling rocks show that the possibility of falling rocks might
exist. If you follow the recommended route make sure that in any
case you do not disturb the operation of the railway line
“Karwendelbahn” (e.g. falling stones). The Geocache is
only available in good weather conditions.
