This is a new type of container for us. It used to be blue and black. Now it is green and uh, well it blends in nicely. It has a neck if that helps. There is room for some small trade items.
At the South border of a city park so please obey the usual Billings city park rules. If you are not sure of the park hours, there is a nice cache nearby that will help you remember. It may be possible to access the cache from the bike / walking trail to the South but I don't recommend it as there is a ditch, barbed wire, steep grades and other things that would make access from this direction about a difficulty of 4 or more. Short walk from the parking area through some tall grass so be aware of seasonal ticks, snakes, mosquitos, squirrels, bunnies, etc...
