Crow Mere Cache is at the start of the Frodsham Pond Trail, there is another of my caches on this route GC1Y20E. I encourage you to walk the 5 mile circular walk if you can and get them both.
This cache can be done as a one off or as part of the Frodsham Pond Trail, which is a 5 mile circular walk which should take about 2 – 3 hours.

Parking for the cache and the walk is at Crow Mere or any of the surrounding country lanes, there are lay-bys nearby (see leaflet)
Take care when approaching the cache site, as the path can get muddy and slippery when wet. This is next to a pond; take care with small children and animals.
This is usually a quiet site but please use caution if there are people fishing in the lake.
