The cache is workable from the sidewalk. This was formally "Ring Around the Pole, but I wanted to try something new.
To open: ENTER the combo, DEPRESS the shackle, then PULL the shackle open.
To close: scramble the combo, then CLOSE the shackle.
There is no safe parking on Camp Hill Rd. You can park on Heller Way (near the bottom of the hill on the south side of the one lane underpass), or Scott Lane. These two roads bracket the cache location.
You can always park in my driveway at 370 Camp Hill to get to this cache.
There is no need to leave the sidewalk to work this cache. There is only a sidewalk on one side of the street.
If I see you looking, I will stop by to say hello. Don't worry about acting "strange" when looking for this cache.
