Pundt Park - A well kept Harris County secret
(http://www.hcp4.net/parks/pundt/index.htm).
Pundt Park is one link in what will some day be a green belt trail
along Spring Creek stretching from Burroughs Park near the
Woodlands to Jesse Jones Park near Humble. Follow the link to
the Spring Creek Greenway for more details: http://www.hcp4.net/parks/scgw/index.htm
The cache is not deeply concealed, but rather meant to lead
you to discover this hidden gem of a park. Terrain difficulty
ratings are only due to the length of the walk or ride, over
sometimes sandy trails.
Of course as for all caches placed in our wooded areas,
standard Texas caching cautions apply i.e. anticipate the
possibility of encountering venomous reptiles, biting and stinging
insects and arachnids, poisonous plants, unpleasantly hot, wet, or
cold weather and act accordingly.
Cache is a small camo'd lock'n'lock container
located near the "heart" of the park.
