Nice, serene Bed & Breakfast in Ledyard CT for the Travel Bug that just wants to get away from it all.
Located in beautiful Whitehall Preserve, this small, but fully equipped, Bed & Breakfast is perfect for those Trackable Travelers that are burnt out staying in those Travel Bug Hotels that are located near major highways. While more modern and, yes, more convenient some travelers just want some peace and quiet away from all the stress and rigors of geo-travel.
This cache, I mean B & B, offers all the amenities of the highway TB hotels. A dry and spacious lock & lock, clean crisp log sheets, and even extra Ziploc bags for your traveler's needs are just some of the hospitality provided to ensure a wonderful stay no matter the length of time.
Directions are simple. Just follow your GPS along the trails that take you to scenic views and nice hikes. No real need to go off path except when you get up to the actual cache zone, that is, hotel property.
Remember to watch for ticks and poisonous plants during the spring and summer vacation season.
