This is an ammo box on the original Bono Curve which is also known locally as "Dead man's curve."
Be careful departing from route 2 as this curve got its name for a reason. This is a nice parking spot and short walk for a quick grab. You will actually be walking on the original dead man's curve that was abandoned in the 1950's. Muggles should be no problem but as always, watch out for wildlife. Once you find the cache you may want to continue on Bono road to Metzger's marsh. There is a nice pier that goes into Lake Erie. Also, the walking trail is excellent and you will see several water birds on both your walk and drive.
