This cache is located in the parking lot near the town library and many other places in downtown Spencer. Its an easy park and go. Many people wandering through the parking lot, but not so much where the cache is so be cautious. B.Y.O.P.
I decided that there needed to be one here because there aren't any in downtown Spencer. It took a little looking around but i think this is a nice spot. Big hang out spot for the younglings of Spencer. Lots of little shops, and people walking around.
