Von hier ca. 15 Meter in den Tunnel gehen.

Bereits 1877 wurde die Bahnstrecke durch das Koppental eröffnet. Das Hochwasser im Jahr 1897 riss jedoch 4 km der Strecke weg, sodass man sich entschloss, die Trasse etwa 20 m höher zu führen. Seit 1898 fuhr daher durch diesen Tunnel kein Zug mehr.
Cachemobile  können bei   N47° 33.862 E013° 43.288    geparkt werden.
Von dort geht man in nördlicher Richtung in das Koppental und erreicht nach etwa 20 Minuten die Cache-Location.
Um den Cache zu heben geht man vom  nordwestlichen  Portal des Tunnels ca. 15 Meter in den Tunnel hinein.  Dann wird man auf der rechten Seite in 1,5 m Höhe bald fündig werden.
Bitte den Cache wieder ordnungsgemäß verstecken !

Achtung: Der Weg ist in den Wintermonaten wegen akuter Lawinen- und Steinschlaggefahr gesperrt. Der Cache ist daher nur von April bis Oktober/November verfügbar.

Already  in 1877 the railway-line through this valley was opened. After the line had been flooded in 1897, the agency decided to rebuild the line 20 meters above. So, since 1898 no train passed this tunnel anymore.
You can park your car  at   N47° 33.862 E013° 43.288.
From here you have a 20-minutes walk in northern direction  into the valley you will reach  the cache-location.
To get the cache, you walk from the northwestern  entrance  about 15 meters into the tunnel.
Then you should find the cache on the right hand side at the hight of 1,5 meters.
Please hide again properly !
Attention: The path is closed during winter because of danger of avalanches. So the cache is available just from April to November.
