Handyman Special Traditional Cache

The cache is located by a structure that I'm sure that Mike Holmes from "Holmes on Homes" on HGTV would "tear it all down". When I see it I wonder what stories could be told about this spot.
When Peppy and I go quadding we pass by this spot but you can pretty much drive right to it. Take North Bonaparte Rd and turn north on Prydatok Rd. There is a trail right to the area. There is no need to bushwhack.
The cache is a small lock-n-lock with room for the logbook and a few small items.
Please leave the structure for everyone to enjoy.....the cache is more than 1 meter away from the building.
