You will not need to cross the fence to find it, but it would help if you are over 5 feet tall.
This is our first cache, so let us know what we could do to improve it. Laser pointer for the FTF. This will not require any hiking, and is just off the road. If you go at night you can sometimes see the jets' afterburners as they take off from Luke Field.
Muggle Alert - this is a very busy road, and occasionally there are semi-trucks parked nearby for overnight parking.
