Geocache Description:

This cache will bring you to Downtown Spooner, WI. The Centennial park has been recently renovated.

I have considered placing a cache here for quite some time, glad I waited because it was completely redone , including landscaping and rest rooms. This cache will require stealth, and depending on the time of the year may be very difficult to get close to it. During some of the summer celebration events held downtown , this area could be full to the limit with muggles. So plan accordingly and avoid some of these real busy times. Cache is a small container with log sheet only, there may be room for small trade items. Please bring your own pen or pencil. Please replace the container exactly where it was placed. I encourage you to support the downtown merchants but don't bother them with questions on this cache, they are in no way involved with this hide. This location looks like it could be wheel chair accessible and should be winter friendly. Finally , PLEASE don't disturb the new flowers planted in the park. It is not necessary to go through them.
