An easy stroll down the middle of Shipman's Landing Drive
Who would have thought that a stroll down a median could be so nice? This park is actually on a couple of islands between the east and west bound lanes of Shipman’s Landing Drive. Considering you are in the middle of the road, it’s very nice with lots of shade. This is Sienna's first series, this cache is a tribute to the nearby “Sienna’s first cache”, the cache container is slightly different than what I used on the rest of this series.
About the Sit & Stroll series
The Sit & Stroll series highlights some of my favorite places to stroll in Sienna Plantation. Since every good stroll deserves a good sit, I’ve placed all of the caches near park benches. The name is also a spoof of the annual “Sip & Stroll” event hosted here. I’m not sure why they call the event Sip & Stroll as they use trolley buses to drive the people all over the community… In any case, please take your time and enjoy your stroll or just sit and take in the view.
