BoB? Near Potake Pond Traditional Cache

This cache is located in Ringwood State Park. The park is only open during daylight hours.
The cache is a 30 cal ammo can hidden just off a mountain bike trail.
By Boot or by Bike? I hid the cache by boot, but this is an mountain bike trail (not-blazed).
NOTE: Depending where you park, there may be a per vehicle entrance fee between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Current Fees appear to be: Ringwood & Skylands Manor: No Fee on Weekdays, $5 on Weekends; Shepherd Lake: $5 on Weekdays, $10 on Weekends.

Hunting: Hunting is permitted in sections of this park. It is suggested that you wear bright orange or avoid hiking here during hunting season.
Wildlife: These parks are home to all sorts of wildlife. I have run across black bear, snakes, deer, lots of TICKS here (and more).
General: You are responsible for your own safety. Be observant & cautious of all hazards at all times. Trails, rocks, etc can be quite slippery when wet or leaf covered, carry a trail map & cell phone, know how to use your gps, etc.
