TurtleFan: I've been defeated. I can't keep up anymore. It looks like the parks and recreation office keeps moving the host for stage 1. It's gone again, but clearly only temporarily since they moved the fence into the middle of the beach and that will change by the time the next beach season comes around. Oh well, I guess my EVIL plot didn't last too long. Bummer.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to wonderful Evanston, Illinois, a fun city right on beautiful Lake Michigan! We have a great community of cachers here and this area in particular already houses several nice caches. You've been warned though, this hide is not as friendly as some of the others.

The two parts of this cache are close to each other, you'll only need to park your car/lock your bike once.

The first stage of this two-part multi will tell you how to alter the posted coordinates to identify the location of the final. Do NOT open the container at the first stage, simply note the information displayed.

Difficulty rating is due to double the fun and the muggle factor. Of course, you could always phone a friend for the final coordinates, but that's not how this was meant to be played. I'll leave it up to you to be honest about doing the work to get the smiley for this one.

And because this is a self-proclaimed EVIL cache, for the first time ever, I'm not adding a hint. But hey, at least I'm not making you decypher the fact that I'm not adding a hint.
