Nice little area, see deer run to this area from the highway often so I had to see it myself... and left a cache behind :) Muggles shouldn't be a problem here.
Parking is there but if you miss it you'll have to follow the highway and backtrack so be ready.
Loc-n-loc will had TB's coins etc.
