Geocache Description:

St. Mary Magdalen Church was built between 1868-9 in Early English Transitional style.
It has a tower of 3 stages with and a shingled broach spire with clock in the base.
It is built on land donated by John Bonham Carter MP of Adhurst.

There is no churchyard here, so just two clues to find! At the above co-ordinates you will find a small memorial to a gardener. His dates are 1ABC-1DEF.
There is just one stone memorial in the church grounds (you can't miss it!) On one side the list of names starts with someone from the family who donated the land for the church. How many names are on that side? =G

You can find the cache at N51 00.AC(D/F) W00 55.(E-B)(E-G)B

If anybody would like to expand this series please do, I would just ask that you could let sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
