CZ:Rybník o velikosti cca 1,1 ha byl založen z popudu Rybáru
nekdy v roce 1978, projekt udelal pan Augustin Skrivan ( tehdy
bydlel ve Vilémove spolecne s panem Karlem Houskou tehdejším
již dlouholetým predsedou místní organizace rybáru ). Pozemky
patrily tehdy ministerstvu vnitra CSR,nebot ty bývalé louky byly
již za dráteným plotem tehdejšího hranicního pásma,to
samé bylo se tremi domky u tzv.Perkla. Když chtel jet pan
Perkl na nákup,museli mu vojáci otevrít bránu nahore u silnice a
zase za dve hodiny ho pustili domu. Rybník byl založen nekdy v
roce 1978 a ministerstvo vnitra pozemky casem prevedlo na Ceský
rybárský svaz, což nechce dnes uznat Pozemkový fond CR. Za tu
dobu se zde stalo,že si na tuto vodní plochu mimo nasazených
ryb jejichž každorocní výlovy jsou zážitkem pro
laiky, také místem kde se rodí tisíce ropuch obecných,skokanu
hnedých, colku obecných a snad i mloci obecní. Hnízdí zde kachny,
círky, volavky popelavé a nejvetší raritou je lednácek
obecný spolecne se skorcem obecným - ten hnízdí v blízkých nivách u
Vilémovského potoka.Za zmínku stojí,že je zde i malá vodní
elektrárna.
ENG: The cca 1.1 ha pond was created after the fisherman’s
demands sometime in the year 1978. The Project was created by Mr.
Augustin Skrivan (at the time residing in Vilemov together with Mr.
Karel Houska, who was a long term chairman of the local
Fisherman’s Union). The grounds belonged to the Home Office
of Czechoslovakia, because the meadows were already behind the
wired fence of the border zone at that time. The same applied to
three houses of the so called Perkla. When Mr. Perkl wanted to
visit the shops, the soldiers guarding the border zone had to open
a gate up at the road and let him back in two hours later when he
returned. After the pond was created in 1978, the Home Office has
transferred the ownership of the grounds to the Fisherman’s
Union, which is currently being disputed by the Czech land fund.
Throughout the years, the pond became a popular place for layman
fishermem, with their annual fish out of the pond. Appart from
fish, there are other species of animals like European toads, grass
frogs, efts and maybe also salamanders. European teals, ducks and
grey herons nest in this location every year, however there are
also two rare birds – the kingfisher and the Eurasian dipper
– that nest in the close wolds by the Vilemov-brook. We
shouldn’t also forget to mention a little hydroelectric
powerplant.
GER: Der Teich wurde im Jahre 1978 durch die Iniciative der
Fischer gegründet, die Fläche ist cca 1,1 ha. Das Projekt hat Herr
Augustin Skrivan aus vilémov mit Herr Karel Houska gemacht. Die
Grundstücke gehörten den Innenministerium CSR, die Wiesen waren
damals hinter den Grenzgelände mit Stacheldraht umgezaumt, da waren
auch 3 Hauser. Der Inhaber der Häuser Herr Perkl musste jedesmal,
wenn er einkaufenfahren wollte, die Soldaten machten die Pforten
auf. Dann hat der Ceský rybárský svaz den Teich übernommen, was
aber der Pozemkový fond nicht annerkennen möchte. Die Fischer haben
bei jederjährlichen Abfischen grosse Erlebnisse. In der nähe kommen
viele geschütste Tiere vor. Etliche Sorten von Kräten, Fröschen,
Wassermölchen und auch Salamander. Es nissten hier Wildenten, Reier
und auch Raritäten wie Eisvögel und Wasseramsell. In der nähe des
Teiches ist auch ein kleines Wasserkraftwerk.
