Geocache Description:

This cache is to honor Steve aka Dog and Bear on his 3000th find.

Steve has been a great friend to many of the local cachers, hiding caches and putting on events as well as being available for that good old PAF option. Have fun for the next 3000 and more Steve!

I saw this little TOB park to honor Glenn J Winuk while on my bike ride today. Mr Winuk was only 40 and lost his life on 9/11 when as a volunteer for the Jericho FD he bravely attempted to save people. There is a memorial to him and a small playground as well as a woodsy area. Please rehide as well or better as found.

The park closes at dark, please respect that. It is right off 106/107 exit west of the LIE service road. I parked in the office building lot.
