Geocache Description:

This is a cache and dash type hunt. Should take less then 20 minutes on a short trail that follows the river. The container is larger than a 35mm can but smaller than a decon container. Terrain is very easy but not for a wheelchair.

This cache hunt will take you to the northern end of the River Walk Trail in the village. You will be in the village park where the annual Firemens Carnival is held each year on the 4th of July. There is ample parking and picnic tables available, so bring a picnic lunch. Here you will see a modern/artistic new pavillion recently built and designed to withstand flooding which happens here from time to time. Check out the pavillion and maybe go to the upper deck for your picnic. You are within walking distance of shopping and resturants. Watch out for muggles especially if you search during the carnival.
Parking available at N 42 08.898 and W 074 38.707.
Be sure to use the Park Entrance off state highway route 30.
