Placed this cache where I worked 6 months ago. Behind the yellow gates is an old Rock quarry that is now a bunch of little lakes. Recently 2 X 500hp pump were installed to pump water for the Trivalley during Summer months and during droughts.
The local dump trucks use this road during the week and shut the gate after normal business hrs. The cache is located before the gate and can be accessed anytime of day.
I encourage you to check out one of the lakes, you will be pleasantly suprised.
Also behind the fence you see is a RTU that controls a water valve that can be used during an earthquake to isolate the water from the rest of the distribution pipeline
