Have you ever found yourself with a hide you just couldnt find the right place for?
What about the cache you have all ready to go on the back seat of your car & everything you need for it, except say maybe a log book?
And, where do you get those little resealable bags from anyway?
Well, we thought about this one for a while & decided that we'd try a cache, where the SWAG itself, is the stuff that we need for other caches. We thought it would be fun to try an experiment with this & hope that it self propagates. If it doesn't & we find we're having to restock, we'll repurpose to a plain old large traditional with no special intention
This is a large cache, hidden in the open, yet it blends it extremely well. Inside, you'll hopefully find some new lock&locks, a few unusual hides looking for new homes, new log books, pencils, pens, bags & who knows what else. Keeping with the theme of this cache, we'd like to ask that the trade items in this cache be considered that - trade items. We'd also like to ask that cachers trade fairly - there are no prizes for FTF in this one!
This cache is on public land, but is secured against a private structure. We have express permission from the owners on the cache's placement & attachment (they helped us put it up)
This cache was part of the 2010 BCGA Blitz & by some miracle, finished second in the Camoflage category. Thanks to everyone who voted for it!
You need the hint to find this cache! It will help you find it & will help you figure out what to do once you have! ***the hint was updated after some necessary maintenance on July 14, 2012. Be sure you have a FOUR DIGIT hint in hand before you set out for this one!***
Please only log a "Found" only if you manage to open the cache container. If you are stuck, even with the hint, feel free to message the cache owner. I will gladly respond. (Might be a day or so.)
REMEMBER: Do not post photos of the cache (especially the whole cache) or give away too much of the find in your log (regardless if you found or DNF). Think of the caches after you who would still like the pleasure of the hunt!
