The City of Asheville and Buncombe County each contributed to
the design and master plan along with small financial contributions
from the towns of Weaverville, Woodfin, Montreat, and Black
Mountain. More than 300 sign elements are installed throughout
Buncombe County directing visitors and residents alike to nearly 90
attractions, public spaces, historic sites and destinations.
This particular sign lets you know you are in the River Arts District.
Parking is close by. This hide is a little different from the rest of the series because the base of the sign is not accessible. Nano so sign your initials and you can leave off the date.
