cachedrag0n: It is with great sadness that I am archiving this cache. This particular cache of the series keeps going missing and there is no where else in the vacinity to put a replacement.

HENFIELD HIKE SERIES
This series of caches were placed to coincide with Sussex
camping event #1 GC26DEG. They will remain in place after the event
has taken place.
Parking is at the cricket club N50.55.554 W000.15.604
The series will take you on a walk from Henfield to Woodmancote
and back on a circular route. There are delightful views and
wonderful countryside to see on your way. Parking is at the cricket
club, but there is also Swains Farm shop and garden centre here.
They have lots of pigs, goats and donkeys for you to see and a
picnic area. This is where your walk begins.
As you walk from cache 4 to 5 (good views along here) you pass
church micro # 154 a delightful country church, and also
Woodmancote place (a very impressive looking property). Here there
are many young rhododendron bushes along the fence line that you
walk past.
At the time of placing the caches, the bluebells were still in
bloom and spectacular displays could be seen from caches 8 and 9 of
the series.
