A camoed plastic container in a new location to avoid muggles! (This is a temporary container and can only hold the smallest of trackables at this time. We just wanted to get it replaced before the 50th annual canoe regatta.)
From the East end of the parking lot, take the trail on the right which goes up and away from the river. Then go to the waypoint below where you will find a clearing and another trail!
We first placed this the weekend of the 48th General Clinton Canoe Regatta -- the only time you'll have to deal with many muggles.
8/14/10: We decided to upgrade this cache and make it a resort for TB's. They can enjoy fishing and boating in the summer, and skating and snowmobiling in the winter. Bring your TB or geocoin here for a pleasant stay, and grab a new one to take on your journey.
Please note: In the winter you will probably find the gates to this place locked. We have provided winter parking coordinates as an additional waypoint in case somebody wants to hike/ski/snowmobile in there after the gates have been closed for the winter.
