Each cache will have a note at the top of the log sheet that will inform you if you have scored a HIT or a MISS. If you've scored a hit, one digit of the final cache's coordinates will be provided. To obtain the complete coordinates of the final, you must score all ten hits!
The final stage is hidden somewhere in the Lexington area, so the possibilities are vast indeed. The first three intrepid souls who manage to locate this elusive final stage will win a special prize, not to mention some pretty awesome bragging rights.
If this is the first cache you've found in the entire series, you may want to make a grid, so you can track your progress along the way. Please no hints or posting about whether a cache is a Hit or Miss or your log will be deleted.
There is a film canister for the final
Good luck... and good hunting.
A bit of history for you. The USS Kentucky was a never completed Iowa Class Battleship. The hull was in progress as the end of WWII. The hull was floated in 1950 to free up the dry dock. In 1958 the hull was sold for scrap. Today, the USS Kentucky is an Ohio Class Nuclear Submarine.
Congratulations to
