Geocache Description:

An easy hike on a fairly new trail in Carlton, MN. Cache is medium size waterproof/clear box.

Welcome to the South Terrace Outdoor Learning Center of Carlton County. That's the official name of this trail located behind South Terrace Elementary in Carlton, MN. This trail was built recently for educational purposes (as you might have figured out). Permission was granted by the school to place the cache, but it is a public use trail, so feel free to head out there. It is great for a nice hike through the forest in summer and a fun snowshoe in the winter. Cache is a clear medium size container with room for some small items. First to find gets a "Super" reward. Please be aware that local schools will be out here for class on occasion when school is in session. You may need to go after this one after school hours or during the summer. I can post a hint if people have difficulty finding this one.
