The cache is located near the base 
of a set of stairs off the Bowser Trail. The trail follows the base of an escarpment reachable from the back of Save-On foods off Bridgman. The Bowser Trail is a popular dog walking and jogging trail. This trail goes behind the houses and leads to Capilano Road. The cache is a small container and should be a quick find.
I used to live in the area of this cache and I still try to climb the 200 or so stairs a few times a week for exercise.
FYI, this escarpment may have been the beach about 8,000 years ago. (Sea level used to be much higher as the land has come higher due to isostatic rebound. The land was depressed due to the weight of a mile thickness of ice that was covering Vancouver area. This isostatic rebound is still happening but slowing down.)
