minutes to find; easily recognized as a geocache container / little
or no camouflage; vague, slightly cryptic, but can be solved using
using common knowledge, the data on the cache page, or information
at the cache location; periods of light to mild traffic and/or
muggle activity / decent GPSr reception.
Terrain: 
paved or very hard surface / wheelchair and baby
stroller accessible; less than 500ft from paved parking/road;
little or no (less than 6 inches) vegetation growth / encounters
with poisonous plants and/or wildlife unlikely; relatively flat,
not steeper than 1 unit of height to 12 units of distance.
