Geocache Description:

Centennial Series of the Boy Scouts of America for the Sam Houston Area Council

This location was officially dedicated April 17th, 1982 in conjunction with the David Crockett District Camporee. This location consists of 91 acres located near Sealy and is a gift from Mr. & Mrs. Anton Brosig of Sealy, Texas. The area is suitable for overnight camping and for various Scout activities in the district and council.

Since it's dedication and opening, the location has been host to countless day camps, Camporees, training events, Order of the Arrow events, and the like.

Look high and low, but look before you reach. An easy cache with safe parking nearby and no need to cross the fence-line. Please remember to place the cache back where you found it for the next scout to find. Please bring your own pen.
