Note: According to staff & building owners, the "No Tresspassing" sign only refers to the dumpster (and is placed there by the garbage company). So no dumpster-diving needed. In fact, please avoid the dumpster.
The rest of the area is used frequently by people for picnics or smoke breaks or a quiet place to read. As always, proceed with caution if there are muggles nearby. Since it's a muggle-prone (yet low traffic/few at once) area, please make sure the cache is fully hidden again when you leave.
