Geocache Description:

I'm trying to find my friend, but he's a bit of a puzzle fan - nothing is ever simple dealing with him - he said he'd meet me in half an hour, wouldn't tell me exactly where only that there was a great view of Belfast. The place I listed above is just somewhere I found to stop and think about his puzzle.... Hopefully it's quite close!

He gave me a list of coordinates and some maths formula then told me if I had a good look round at all the places he'd listed I'd be able to work out where he'd be.... Now I took a look at them but I don't think I'll be able to visit them all in just half an hour (He's a bit of a stickler for punctuality so I don't want to be late!) There must be an easier way to work out where he is so I don't have to waste all that petrol?
