This is a 2 stage cache that starts in a neighborhood. You will need a wi-fi capable device to find this cache. If your cell phone is not wi-fi capable, then you should bring along a wi-fi capable laptop.
At the final location, you are looking for an ammo can that has a combination lock on it. Watch out for briers depending on how you access this cache. You can park within 200 feet of this cache.
The posted coordinates lead you to stage 1. There you will find Ssid using your wi-fi capable device. Ssid keeps no secrets! He will let you connect, and not let you go any further. But he will tell you the "COMBO" (combination) of the lock as well as how to find the location of the cache. You won't even have to get out of your geomobile to perform the above task as there is no physical container or object to look for there.
SSID never sleeps, but he likes to hide sometimes. If he is hiding, just drive around the vicinity until you find him on your wi-fi device.

ADDED A BETTER HINT FOR STAGE 2! Use the hint only if Ssid is really tough to find. There are many wireless signals in the area. You will know if you found Ssid when he pops up on your screen.
