What started out as one idea ended up as quite another: a mini-series of Puzzle caches! This is number 2. If your brain can take the strain, all three may be found in one visit. Needless to say, the cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, and NOR is the parking (unless you are a bus driver). You may be able to park somewhere near the Parking Waypoint. Please don't let one last puzzle hold you back from the series; let me know and I'll happily drop you an extra hint ... probably ;-) Enjoy!
Please note that the "final assembly" comprises two components: a "mounting kit" and the container itself. They separate readily so you do not need to dismantle the complete assembly to retrieve the important bit; you can just remove the container alone :-)
