The above coordinates are not correct for the cache but you can always stop here for a cup of coffee. In order to solve the puzzle you will need 2 dates.

All Dates are in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Date the tunnel first open to public bus traffic = AB/CD/CBBA

Date the tunnel first open to public light rail traffic = AE/CF/GAAB

Bring your own pen/pencil. Getting good satellite reception is difficult here, but google maps puts the final coords pretty close. As always watch out for muggles.
