The cache is a small tube hidden at the wall behind a park called "Silliman Ball Field". Also, if you look just on the other side of the wall to the north you can see native deer, monkeys, crocks, warthogs, and bats in "Silliman Mini Zoo". These are all close to Silliman University. Reception may not be strong in the trees, so the hint may be helpful.
I hear that this park is where a lot of ball games are played, but I've been by here many times and have yet to see a game or even many people around. There is also an archery range here.
